What is Mix Voice?
Mix voice combines the warmth and power of chest voice with the ease and brightness of head voice, creating a seamless, versatile sound across your full range. It’s the technique behind some of the most iconic vocal performances in pop, rock, soul and musical theatre — and it’s what I specialise in teaching.
Rather than switching abruptly between registers, Mix voice allows you to move fluidly through your range with consistency and control. We achieve this through focused work on vocal placement, breath support, and smooth register transitions — drawing on principles from both contemporary technique and classical Bel Canto tradition.
